Teacher Raquel T. Coquilla graduated from the Western Leyte College at Ormoc City where she earned a BS degree in Elementary Education Major in Mathematics. She joined the OICSF grade school team just this year. Her premium collegiate performance gave her a confident sensation in providing quality education her pupils deserve. She is a woman of high morale and character standard. If Teacher Raquel isn't working, she enjoys reading books, watching movies and traveling. She also spends valuable time with her family during weekend.
